Refund Policy

Overview

At AbelPrints, every product is crafted and tested with care before shipping. Because we’re a small business, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges — but we proudly stand behind the quality of our work.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or breaks under normal use within 30 days, we’ll make it right.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper handling

We do accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective, or

  • The product fails under normal use within 30 days of delivery

To start a claim, email Abel@AbelPrints.Shop within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days for breakage claims) and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. A brief description of what happened

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm the next steps. In most cases, a replacement will be sent at no charge.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after review.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we can’t guarantee cancellation since most products are prepared quickly for shipment.
